I facilitate event design projects to consciously design or redesign new events or produce a baseline for existing events. This will enable you to redefine the required added value of your event for all stakeholders. Preferably, all involved will be part of the design team, so they will feel connected and motivated.
The methodology works on 3 levels: strategic, executive and operational. On the basis of the desired change of behaviour (design goal) of the various stakeholders, we define the principles and minimal requirements of the event (the strategic design). All ideas and prototypes that are being developed in a fairly short period of time, will result in a successful event flow that will realise the desired outcomes.
This methodology is universal. The process always works out well, at every type of event, in all parts of the world. In the meantime various Global Awards have been won with events that were designed by means of the Event Canvas e.g. the BEA world Award for best conference in 2019 with EMEC19 (MPI Netherlands)
