Organising an event is one thing. Consciously designing the value or change it should create is another.
I help teams design new events and rethink existing ones. Together, we explore who the event should create value for, what change you want to achieve and what this means for the design.

Involving relevant stakeholders leads to better insights and ideas, while also building engagement and ownership. Drawing on my background in strategic event design, we translate the desired impact into an event designed to make it happen.

A successful international bid requires more than a good bid book.
I help organisations critically review their approach and develop a strong bidding strategy. Together, we examine the starting point, do the necessary research and make informed choices about positioning, event design and stakeholder engagement.
